Ali is 7, Tyler turned 10, Byron got older and so did I

She loved her roller blade birthday present. Ali scored with all her cool gifts.
This is the season of birthdays at our house. Mine comes first, then a week later we celebrate Byrons then a week later we celebrate Tyler and a week alter we celebrate Ali. Lots of cake in March at our place. Carter isn't really left out he's coming right up in May. It is nice to have a breather before we get the last one though. Byron went to multiple stores looking for just the right gift for Ali and he did well. She was really excited about her ladybug house. The ladybugs have already arrived and are doing well, so far. They are these weird larva things currently.
Byron really liked the remote control helicopter Ty gave him for his birthday. He has been patiently taking turns with the boys flying toys but we all knew he wanted one of his own. Now they have races around the house and are all enjoying the airport we apparently live in.
 Cute hug!!
Tyler's crazy party. We surprised Tyler, really surprised him with his friend party before we left for Hawaii. His birthday fell just a few days before Byron and I got home from our trip so Ty thought we would celebrate his bday when we got home. Surprise! His friends were armed with silly string and when he came out the back door to help "clean up" he got blasted. He even had his braces full of silly string. He couldn't stop smiling while he was being sprayed. It was lots of fun. After cake, presents and pizza at the house we drove all these crazy boys to see the movie Oz, the Great and Powerful. It was a fun party.
A family tradition we have is the birthday person gets to pick where we eat dinner on their birthday. Byron chose The Cheesecake Factory, Tyler picked Cafe Rio and Ali decided on Blue Iguana. Fun times!
