I love the photo above of Ally and Tyler playing chess and eating popcorn. The lighting is just perfect. Also, Byron and Tyler eating their Crawdad dinner. Priceless.
Ally looking at the crawdad with displeasure. She did want to throw a few into the hot pot to cook them up though she didn't eat any. I had a bite. Byron and Tyler were the big eaters. They had lots of them.

The boys went off fishing so Ally and I were reading and playing games in the pop-up. I found a video she had taken on her DS of herself singing. I watched it while she was going to the bathroom and she was so embarrassed she hid in her sleeping bag for at least twenty minutes. We passed notes in and out of the bag to try and communicate. Goodness gracious, these new girl hormones are going to be more complicated than the boy hormones have been thus far.
There is our cute Jelly Bean Camper looking all fancy and popped up. It was a good campsite. We stayed here before last year and enjoyed it then as well. The crawdads did add a new element of fun to this campout though.
So I killed the kids at UNO. I don't even know why they like to play with me I just beat them so profoundly every time. Ally has learned to fan her cards out though which will help her game tremendously. Being able to see what is in your hand can only help your game. We also played lots of Pente which I also trounced them in.
