November

The first round of chicks which we call the triplets are nearly grown up. Their beaks are almost all orange. Problem is Momma laid more eggs while we were out of town so round two of baby chicks has begun. They weren't kidding when they said they are good breeders.
India and Ally drew on mustaches today. Humm, not sure what they are going for here.
Poor Carter in for his yearly appointment. Doc wants to see him again just before the mission.
Gorgeous morning on my run today. Loving it.
China Day for Ally in Fourth Grade. Fun crafts and a chinese buffet brought in from Joy Luck. We were in charge of the painted pot section. The kids seemed to like it.

Ukulele jam session with Tyler and Byron.
Oh Chewy, how could you? SO our darling little dog is with us no more. He has been with us for five years and never potty trained for me. He has been getting progressively worse and this month I decided it was time to give someone a turn to try and train him. I have apparently failed at it. We took him up to an adoption fair in Layton and he was snatched right up by a cute grandma and grandpa whose dog had just died. They were so happy to get him and I wish them the best of luck. Maybe they will have enough time to really focus and get this puppy trained. So long to Chewy though at our house.
So our second set of birds known as the twins, since there were two are all grown up. Man birds grow up fast. We got a white one and a black one. I call them Whitey and Pepper but Ally calls them Salt and Pepper. It's an ongoing debate around here. Fun to get a white one though.
This little soccer team of ours has accomplished big things this year! They are first place in their division. You go girls! We had a special dinner at the Pizza Pie Cafe to celebrate their big win and hand out wards. Keep it up SHOCK.

Carter is in the back row on his trumpet. Jazz Band is something he really likes doing and stays after school two days a week to get his practice sessions in. They are sounding great!
